The process of preparing monthly financial reports for review to keep you up to date with everything happening with your business.

The process of preparing yearly financial reporting to get you ready for annual tax filings. These reports can be shared with your tax accountant/preparer in electronic format for their convenience.

The process of going through your financial books and cleaning up anything that needs to be done. This can include taking paper statements and/or receipts and putting them into an electronic format, or moving from one data system to another.

The process of bring an out-of-date system up-to-date. This can include going back one or more years and inputting old data to catch your financial books up to the current date.
virtual administration
I have provided virtual administrative duties to of varying types, to include managing email, maintaining calendars, data entry, transcription, social media platforms, website design, electronic medical records support, medical code/billing, medical eligibility search, medical invoicing, and other administrative skills.
